The Public Power Council (PPC) is a voice for consumer-owned electric utilities in the Northwest. 

Since 1966, we have been representing the interests of municipal utilities, public and people's utility districts, and rural electric cooperatives.

arrow 07/18/2014: PPC comments on BPA’s draft proposed revisions to the Energy Efficiency Implementation Program can be viewed by clicking here. Due to changes in its energy efficiency program as a result of the implementation of long term contracts and the Tiered Rates Methodology, BPA agreed to review and improve its energy efficiency program approximately two rate periods into the TRM. This review, dubbed, “Energy Efficiency Post-2011 Review” took place during late 2013 and the first half of 2014 and resulted in proposed changes to the BPA Energy Efficiency Implementation Program.
