PPC Legal Cases
PPC is a party to several judicial proceedings
that deal with issues affecting BPA’s power supply
and BPA’s provisions of power to its preference

PPC Interventions at FERC
PPC intervenes in dockets at the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (FERC) on matters related
to BPA rate cases; Regional Transmission Organizations
(RTOs); Standard Market Design (SMD); and proposals
on market design, interconnection policies, and
transmission organizations that FERC intends to
apply to the Pacific Northwest and BPA’s customer
utilities.
