PPC Legal Cases

PPC Interventions at FERC

PPC intervenes in dockets at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on matters related to BPA rate cases; Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs); Standard Market Design (SMD); and proposals on market design, interconnection policies, and transmission organizations that FERC intends to apply to the Pacific Northwest and BPA’s customer utilities.
